How to Get Research Help

Request an Appointment through Navigate360

Personalized Library Support

Starting with the September 2025 session, appointment scheduling will be done through Navigate360!  This change means that all your university appointments, including library support, can now be made in one convenient place.

1. Log into your My Chamberlain student portal at community.chamberlain.edu

2. From the left-hand menu, select Support-Overview under Support, then select Navigate360 Academic Support under Academic Resources.

Chamberlain Library offers two types of appointments designed to fit your needs, schedule and goals:

  1. Library Orientations
    25 minutes
Get a general introduction to the library’s resources and services. Learn how to access help through FAQs, videos, workshops, live chat, text messaging, and more.
  2. Library Research Help
    Up to 50 minutes
Need help finding scholarly sources? We’ll guide you through selecting the right databases and building effective search strategies to support your coursework and research projects.

Please note: Faculty can create a case in Navigate360 for students who may require assistance with using library databases or locating appropriate academic sources. If you get a case referral, follow the steps above to make an appointment with one of the librarians!
