We’re excited to announce a new, streamlined way to connect with Chamberlain Library services—appointment scheduling will soon be available through Navigate360 starting with the September session! This change means that all your university appointments, including library support, can now be made in one convenient place.

Whether you're a student looking to sharpen your research skills or a faculty member supporting your students' academic success, we’ve got you covered.

For Students: Personalized Library Support

Chamberlain Library offers two types of appointments designed to fit your needs, schedule and goals:

1. Library Orientations

25 minutes
Get a general introduction to the library’s resources and services. Learn how to access help through FAQs, videos, workshops, live chat, text messaging, and more.

2. Library Research Help

Up to 50 minutes
Need help finding scholarly sources? We’ll guide you through selecting the right databases and building effective search strategies to support your coursework and research projects.

For Faculty: Supporting Student Success

Faculty can now create a case in Navigate360 for students who need assistance with using library databases or locating academic sources. This ensures students receive timely, expert assistance from our librarians.

Please note: Librarians assist students with using library resources and developing database search strategies but do not provide support for APA formatting or writing instruction.

This new service will introduce updates to our appointment scheduling page. In an upcoming blog post, you’ll find more details about these changes along with step-by-step instructions on how to book your library appointments through Navigate360.
