Mobile Apps

Introduction

Have the information you need at your fingertips via your mobile device! This guide will show you how to access the mobile apps available to you from the Chamberlain University Library as well as places to look for apps produced by the government. 

Chamberlain Database Apps

Stat!Ref Mobile App

To download this mobile app, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to the Stat!Ref database from your computer.

2. Click the Here link in the Stat!Ref Mobile Apps box on the the homepage to access directions on how to download and use the app.

Access Medicine Mobile App

To download this mobile app, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to Access Medicine from your computer.

2. To create a profile, click the Sign In/Chamberlain University menu in the upper right-hand corner, and select Sign-in or Create a Free MyAccess Profile.

3. Next, select the Create a Free MyAccess Profile button, and fill out the form to create your account.

4. Once your account is created, go to My Dashboard from the Sign In/Chamberlain University menu in the upper right-hand corner, and select the Access Medicine App link.

 

Note! You must log into your account via the institutional login to Access Medicine every 90 days to keep your profile active.

Micromedex Mobile App

To download this mobile app, follow the steps below.

1. Use the link above and log into Micromedex.

2. In the top right-hand corner of the page, select the Mobile Application Access link for information on downloading apps.

DynaMed App

To download this mobile app, follow the steps below.

1. Log into DynaMed from the link above.

2. Click Sign In at the top of the page.

3. On the next page, click the Register Now link at the top, and fill out the form to sign up for your personal account.

4. Once you have signed up for a personal account, go to the Google Play or Apple App Store and download the DynaMed App.

5. Once you download the app, sign in with your username and password using the sign in option (not the institutional network option), and choose your desired installation option.

EBSCO Mobile Apps

EBSCOhost (Article databases like CINAHL, Medline, and eBooks by EBSCOhost)

Find instructions on how to download the EBSCO App at the link below. Use the Chamberlain University - Saint Louis, MO option when searching for your institution. 

Nursing Reference Center Plus

To download this mobile app, follow the steps below:

1. Log into Nursing Reference Center Plus from the link above.

2. On the bottom of the page, select the NRC Plus Mobile App Access link.

3. You will then be asked to provide your email address to receive instructions for downloading and setting up the app.
