Some Things to Know About the Interlibrary Loan Process

1. A personal account must be created. If you need help with this, directions are on the creating an account page of this guide.

2. Entering an incorrect email address will cause alerts about article availability to not be delivered so enter your email address carefully.

3. Requests are processed Monday-Friday

4. Most article requests are returned within 24-48 hours after being processed during the business week, but some libraries take longer to fill requests.  Please plan your article wanted by date accordingly.

5. We do not request print materials such as print books.

To retrieve articles, either use the link sent in the email alerting you to the availability of the article, or log in directly to your account by using the same Access Interlibrary Loan button on the interlibrary loan page and logging in with your D# and your student portal password.
